The Options source loads fields from ACF or SCF Options Pages. Unlike dynamic sources such as Current Post or Current Term, option fields are global and not attached to a specific content object. This makes them ideal for site-wide content such as:

• logos,
• contact information,
• footer content,
• social media links,
• announcement bars,
• and global settings.

When selected, the field picker will display fields assigned to Options Pages.

This source only becomes available when your site has at least one ACF or SCF Options Page registered. Once an Options Page exists, the plugin automatically detects it and makes its fields available inside the editor.

Because option fields are global, this source can be used almost everywhere in both the Block Editor and Site Editor.
